By retaining the personal data we are able to understand the full history of the client interactions that have led up to the point of dispute and as such, this will help to come to a resolution that provides a satisfactory conclusion for all parties.

How long we keep information:
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with UK GDPR. Below is our data retention schedule:
Client Contact Information (Name, Email, Address, Business Details): Retained for up to 7 years after the last project or communication, to comply with legal obligations and for potential future collaboration.
Project-related Data (Briefs, Correspondence, Completed Work): Retained for up to 5 years after project completion, to allow for revisions, references, or future collaboration.
Payment and Billing Information: Retained for up to 7 years, in compliance with financial and tax regulations.
Website Analytics Data: Retained for up to 26 months, to monitor website performance and improve user experience.
Marketing and Newsletter Subscriptions: Retained until the user unsubscribes or requests data deletion. All requests will be processed within 30 days.
Enquiry Data: Retained for 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved, unless required for legal purposes.
After these retention periods, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
